Founder, Principal Partner Raymond Pacheco is a renowned Architect with over 40 years of experience. He is an award-winning member of the American Institute of Architects. Pacheco received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florida in 1968 and became a Florida State Registered Architect in 1974 (AR 00006412).

Rebecca Pacheco Carballo

Becky joined the team in 2008 after switching careers and pursuing her family’s legacy in architecture. She is a registered Architect in the State of Florida. Her educational experience includes a Masters in Architecture from Florida International University in 2008 and a Bachelors of Accounting from Florida International University in 1996. She has worked on projects of all scopes, budgets and styles including residential and commercial remodels and new constructions ranging from 4,000 to 22,000 square feet in cities throughout South Florida. Her design vision consists of maximizing light, views and spaces with a keen attention to detail and functionality. She approaches each project as unique challenge and her greatest satisfaction comes from collaborating with the team to make our clients’ dream project a reality (AR 101855).

With over 20 years of experience, Monica has become a detail-oriented designer with a passion for bringing her ideas to reality. Monica graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture where she spent time studying in Rome, Italy. After graduation, she proceeded to help her father kickstart their family’s architectural legacy.

Julio E. Estorino

Since joining our team in 2012, Julio has played an essential role in many high-profile projects. Continuing to serve as the Director of Architecture, he oversees the implementation of all of the firm’s design process, drawing production, and coordination with consultants. A native Miamian, Julio received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and his Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. Prior to joining Pacheco Architecture, Julio’s 21-year professional career included several distinguished residential firms. Julio is an exceptional architect with a rare balance of skills. His passion and creativity are beautifully balanced with his professionalism, good judgment, and measured approach, making him an integral part of our firm’s success.
Miller Porter

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Miller graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic with a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture and licensed to practice where he originally began his career over 20 years ago. Miller joined our team in 2014 and since then he has taken various roles and responsibilities within the firm. His expertise in Mixed Use, Retail, Commercial, Parking Garages, Institutional, Educational facilities and Multi & Single-Family Housing serves as an invaluable asset. Prior to joining Pacheco Architecture, his professional career included several distinguished Architecture firms where he gathered experience in the construction industry with a broad range of projects including construction management and ADA compliance.
Carlos A. Delgado

With over 30 years’ experience and having worked alongside Ramon since he first opened the doors in 1986, Carlos’ knowledge of construction and design is an indispensable contribution. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Florida International University. He has been involved in multiple projects that vary in size and disciplines, mainly in high-end residential projects. He has a keen understanding of technical and drawing details combined with a great attention to design and creative expertise and construction knowledge, which gives him the ability to understand and manage our client’s projects from the beginning stages of conceptual design to final construction documents, and throughout the construction phase.

Alexander was born and raised in Miami, and graduated from the University of Miami in 2008, with a bachelor of science in Architectural Engineering.
He has 16 years of experience in various architecture firms, from Broward to the Florida Keys, with an emphasis on the design-build process, and high end residential projects.
His design-build work experience gives him insight into the construction process, and all the challenges that can arise beyond the design phase. While his degree gives him a broad understanding of the complete design process, and the more technical parts of a set of drawings.

His proficiency in architectural design, supported by his knowledge of drafting, modeling, and visualization software allows him to develop accurate and innovative solutions. Miguel approaches each project with dedication and a meticulous focus on delivering high-quality results.

She graduated Valedictorian from the University of Miami with a Dual Master of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism in 2026. She is currently pursuing licensure.
